Chris is a partner in the firm's Commercial Litigation Practice Group. A former prosecutor, Chris has an active trial practice focusing on the areas of complex business and commercial litigation and criminal defense. He has served as lead trial counsel on numerous cases in federal and state courts throughout New England, as well as in North Carolina, Florida, and Illinois. In 2008, Chris successfully defended John A. Brooks, the founder and former President of Polyvac, in the first Capital Murder case to be tried in New Hampshire in over 50 years. Chris regularly represents corporate and individual clients in connection with investigations into compliance with federal and state false claims statutes, securities fraud, bank fraud, and healthcare fraud.
