Practice Summary
Jeremy’s practice is focused in advising clients in the area of Intellectual Property, with special emphasis on trademark law, including trademark selection and clearance, U.S and foreign registration, internet and domain name issues, opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, trademark policing and litigation. He also has significant experience in dispute resolution of complex commercial and construction matters, including representation of clients in mediation, arbitration, litigation and appeals. Jeremy has represented companies and individuals in Massachusetts State and Federal courts as well as before administrative agencies.
