Practice Summary

Paula is a Partner in the Corporate Department and practices in all areas of commercial law. Her experience in financing transactions is extensive especially in those secured by personal property. She represents institutional commercial lenders and corporate borrowers in all types of domestic and international financing transactions. Paula has over 25 years’ experience in structuring and negotiating senior secured/unsecured syndicated/single lender revolver/term loan facilities, asset based credit facilities, letter of credit, subordinated debt facilities and other multi tranche debt/equity structures, loan participation purchases and sales, loan portfolio acquisitions and divestitures, debt restructurings and workouts. She also represents clients in connection with third party project owner financings and asset acquisitions.
