Practice Summary
David's practice is focused on litigation, including the prosecution and defense of suits in both federal and state courts, and administrative law representing clients before state and municipal governmental bodies. David also represents clients in all facets of labor relations including collective bargaining, arbitrations and matters before the NLRB. He also represents contractors, architects, and owners in the drafting of contracts and dispute resolution. David is general counsel to both private and public pension funds handling ERISA/Pension related matters, and also provides counsel in all areas of government relations and legislative representation.
