Michael's practice focuses on the representation of construction industry clients, with an emphasis on dispute resolution. He has significant experience in complex litigation and alternative dispute resolution, including claims for extra work and delays, design and construction defects, public bid protests, differing site conditions, and lien and bond claims. Michael has represented nearly all players in the construction process, including owners, public entities, general contractors, trade contractors, engineers, and architects. His dispute resolution practice encompasses both public work (including extensive experience on Boston's Big Dig) and private work.
