We have one of the most active and experienced condominium groups in the region and have helped our clients successfully develop and sell thousands of condominium units in the New England Region as well as nationally.  Our attorneys have expertise in handling all aspects of condominium projects including:

  • Obtaining all entitlements for the development of new projects or conversion of an existing building to condominium use.
  • Preparation of all Condominium Documents, including Master Deeds, Declarations of Trust and Bylaws
  • Preparation of standardized unit closing packages, including: Closing Agendas, Unit Deeds, Required governmental certificates, Construction Warranties, Parking easement, Corporate Authority Documents/Votes, and etc.
  • Drafting and negotiation of Purchase and Sale Agreement for units.
  • Handling of individual unit closings and post-closing matters
  • Handling of all aspects of the financing for the project including FNMA issues and compliance.
  • Documenting and dealing with the affordability requirements and/or aspects of the project including but not limited to Chapter 40B permitting and requirements.
  • Handling of all disputes arising out of the construction and units sales through project close out.
