Recent Projects
Here is a small sampling of some of our notable Retail projects:
- Power Center – For over five years, our group has represented the developer of the Dowling Village Shopping Center, a 600,000 square foot retail development. We have been involved in every aspect of the transaction: from purchase to lease negotiation, with national tenants including a Super Wal-Mart.
- Free-Standing Big Box – We represented this client in all aspects of the development of a Lowe’s Home Improvement store in North Providence, Rhode Island. This project involved extremely complicated environmental and site construction issues.
- Regional Shopping Center – We have represented this developer for several years in connection with the ongoing development of a large shopping center in Middletown, Rhode Island, whose anchor tenants include Home Depot, Best Buy and Staples.
- Northern New England Shopping Center – We have represented this developer in various aspects of the initial development and ongoing leasing of the award-winning Falmouth Village Shopping Center in Falmouth, Maine.
